A set of 2 good red cloth hardbacks, with gilt titles to spine and embossed gilt Kipling elephant roundel, with Hindu good luck symbol, to front covers. Covers with some bumping and wear and sunned to spine. With just a little give in the spine and fraying to head and tail of spine. Previous owner's name in pencil to front pastedown.

The text itself is very good - bright and clean throughout, with just occasional scattered spotting. With red lined borders to title page. Gilt top edge to text block.
