A near fine green cloth hardback with attractive gold motif to cover. Minor shelf wear and bumping. Original owner's pencil inscription to February 1897 on free blank endpaper. Small bookseller's sticker to first free endpaper. Text is clean and bright. Soundly bound. Guarded frontispiece opposite title page in fine condition without offsetting. Final page still uncut. Gilt to upper page edge.
