A very good green cloth hardback with blind stamped bell design to covers and gilt title to spine. In fair original dustjacket with tape repairs to rear and wear and nicks to extremities. With pictorial bell design endpapers. The jacket is now protected by removable, clear plastic sleeve.

Text is bright and clean throughout, with some scattered light spotting to endpapers and some speckled spotting to edge of text block. Some offset spotting also on the Chapter II spread. Soundly bound.
