Very good full leather hardback, with gilt and red title label to spine, with raised bands. Covers with shelfwear, scuffing and bumping. Head of spine worn and frayed. Dark scuff mark to rear. Some cracking to inner front joint. Marbled text block edges and matching marble endpapers. Previous owner's inscription and small bookseller's stamp to first free endpaper. Mild offsetting opposite portrait frontispiece. Text is bright and clean throughout with printed red borders throughout. Plates are also in lovely condition.
