Large hardback with dustjacket. xxi + 633pp. Profusely illustrated throughout in black and white with colour frontispiece. Contains 77 photographs, 115 schematic drawings, 217 text drawings, 23 stipple drawings with matching photographs, 35 tables and 15 full page plates.

Dustjacket is in very good condition in protective (removable) plastic. The protective plastic has a few minor flaws, but this is not part of the book. No tears or chips to the dustjacket - some mild rubbing in places. Some minor shelf wear marks to back. Hardback book is in fine condition throughout and has black cloth with gilt lettering and gilt motif to cover. Book looks very little used.

An important scholarly book making an invaluable contribution to the dating of early Chinese bronzes.
