Vintage Chiang Kai Shek era envelope with Classical Chinese Art Poster C.

We recently acquired 3 vintage envelopes which we would be the first to admit, we really do not fully understand as these are very unusual items.

This envelope, which is certainly consistent in age with the 2 other Chairman Mao envelopes we have, and features a label with a miniature version of the contents - a fold-out poster of a classical Chinese art painting. Thsi envelope appears to be about an art exhibition in Republic of China (Taiwan) during the time Chiang Kai Shek was president of the Republic of China (1950-1975)?

Whatever the explanation, this is certainly a very unusual and scarce item.

Envelope: Approximately 34cm high x 24cm wide. Poster is 41cm high x 22.4cm wide when unfolded.
