A good red cloth hardback with printed design to front and spine. Some bumping and wear with fading to spine. Some marks and scuffs to covers. Previous owner's inscription, dated to 1934, to first free endpaper. Soundly bound with very occasional light cracking to gutter between pages.

Text is generally bright and clean throughout with some occasional spotting or usage mark to text. Plates are bright and vibrant. Some marks and light speckled spotting to edge of text block. Owner's mark to rear pastedown. An attractive vintage volume.
