A very good set of hardbacks with blue morocco leather spines and corners, and blue linen over boards. With gilt decoration, gilt titles and raised bands to spine. Slight bumping to extremities and some scuffing and wear to the leather in places. Cloth with a few marks, faded at the lower front of Vol. II.

Marbled blue endpapers, veined with gilt ink. All soundly bound.

Text is bright and clean throughout, but with some speckled spotting to the edge of text block. With gilt top edge, still bright and shiny.
