A very good blue cloth hardback with elaborate gilt cover design incorporating mounted printed colour image. Cover with mild bumping. Just a little give in the spine. Mild offsetting to free endpapers.

Text is clean and bright throughout and the attractive colour plates are vibrant, with their accompanying printed tissue guards also clean. Occasional marginal spotting and some spotting to edge of text block. Gilt top edge.
