A very good set of navy blue cloth hardbacks with gilt armorial to covers and gilt titles to spine. Covers with just light wear. Soundly bound. Offsetting to endpapers.

Text is bright and clean throughout. Shiny gilt top edge and spotting to other edges of text block. The spotting just affects the very edge of the text pages, and overall a most presentable set, with the plates also presenting well - guards with some age toning.
