Printed for the University at the Aberdeen University Press, Aberdeen, 1906. First edition. Also included is an advertising pamphlet for the University of 'Aberdeen Quatercentenary Handbook to City and University'.

A good blue cloth hardback with gilt. Some rubbing, bumping and wear to the cloth, including 1cm split to head of spine. The head and tail of spine are frayed and the spine darkened. Some give in the binding, due to the heavy text block.

Text is bright and clean throughout, with mild age toning to edges. Offsetting to endpapers. Split to inner joint after the frontispiece, but all still bound. Previous owner's name to first free endpaper.
