Compiled and edited by Kevin Jon Davies - long closely associated with Adams' work and the visual history of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - the volume combines rare material, artwork, commentary, production history, and previously unpublished concepts into a richly illustrated tribute to one of the most original comic science fiction writers of the twentieth century.

Published by Unbound, London, 2023. First edition, first impression. Collector's Edition, signed by Kevin Jon Davies to a special bookplate mounted on the half title page. With a double-sided French fold poster, wrapped around the cover, as issued. This special edition was only available to crowdfunding subscriber's who funded the book prior to publication, and each of their names was printed in the book as backers of the project. From the crowdfunding published data, this would have required 864 copies of this version of the book to be produced - most of which will be dearly treasured by their recipients. Such was the demand at launch, the project raised more than 4 times its financial target.

In fine, as new, unread condition.

Hardback with printed covers and metallic ink to front cover. All soundly bound. Text is pristine. Decorative headbands. illustrated throughout. Poster also in excellent, unused condition.
