A very good, almost near fine, volume bound with calf leather spine and corners. With raised bands, and black morocco title label with gilt. With marbled paper over boards. A later binding, but not that recent. With matching marbled endpapers, and gilt top edge. Soundly bound.
The text pages are generally bright and clean throughout, with some light spotting to endpapers and scattered spotting commensurate with age - mainly marginal. A handsome volume.
