A good set of books overall, in full burgundy morocco leather with gilt decals and titles, and with raised bands to spine. Gilt dentelles to inside covers and an unusual gilt marbled endpaper design. The text pages are generally bright and clean throughout, with some mild age toning. Top edge is gilt and other edges are deckled. Occasional minor page flaw or crease. With some thumb usage marks to vertical edges, but a good reference set of an uncommon edition.
Text in English / Scots.
