Published by A & C Black, London, 1904. First edition. This is the deluxe limited edition, which was numbered and limited to 500 copies, and signed by A.R. Hope Moncrieff, but this signed limitation endpaper has been discretely removed from the book (probably to remove the previous owner's identity when they sold it).
A very good copy of this lovely illustrated book of Scottish scenes. Cream cloth (vellum-like appearance) hardback with printed and gilt cover design. Some light soiling, and bumping to head and tail of spine. Soundly bound. Endpapers foxed, with some age toning to extremities. Small bookseller's sticker to first pastedown.

A handsome volume of Scottish interest.
