A burgundy cloth hardback, which has been rebound over a maroon cloth binding with the covers and spine label retained. The cover has the addition of a Conservative Club motif blind stamped and with with gilt. Covers are scuffed and bumped.

Condition is good overall. Green paper endpapers. Title page with tissue guard (with minor tears and creasing). Text pages are very good - nice and clean throughout. Dust toned vertical edges of text block due to rough cut edges. Top edge is gilt. All soundly bound. A well illustrated history of the City of London.
