A Commemorative Catalogue of the Exhibition of Dutch Art, Royal Academy, Burlington House, 1929
A Commemorative Catalogue of the Exhibition of Dutch Art, held in the Galleries of the Royal Academy, Burlington House, London, January-March 1929.
Published by Oxford University Press, London: Humphrey Milford, 1930, first edition.
A very large, beautifully produced, heavy volume of this exhibition. A quality book, printed on high quality paper stock.
A good brown cloth hardback with discolored spine, and some bumping, rubbing and shelf wear. Spine is slightly cocked - not surprising due to the size and weight of this book. No splitting at inner joints.
Some offsetting to free endpapers, but text and plates are nice and clean throughout. Soundly bound. Gilt top edge of text block.
Text in English.
xxx + 311pp + CXX Plates.
Dimensions: Approximately 360mm high x 285mm wide x 70mm deep.
Weight: Approximately 4.8kg (unpacked).
