A very good red cloth hardback with gilt titles. Just light bumping and wear, but spine is sun-faded. Offsetting to first and last free pictorial endpapers. No dustjacket. Soundly bound.
Text is bright and clean throughout. With rough cut vertical edge and red tinted top edge as issued. The layout and typography of this book are beautiful, and the plates are very elegant indeed.
