One hundred and twenty five copies of this brochure were printed by Barbara Blumenthal at the Catawba Press, Northampton, Massachusetts, on behalf of the Mary Shelley Collection at Smith College, 1979. First and Limited edition. The publication also includes a list of their Mary Shelley holdings of books printed during her lifetime.

Provenance; from the library of the late William St Clair (1937 - 2021), British historian, academic and author. With greetings inscription from Ruth Mortimer, Curator of Rare Books at Smith College to William St Clair to inside cover. Also contains a magazine article page about the Mary Shelley Collection. Good pamphlet - blue card wraps containing printed text. Mary W Shelley facsimile signature to front. Age discoloration to edges of covers. Text is clean and securely bound. Text pages printed on a nice quality ivory stock. Scarce.
