I; Of the name and address of every owner of one acre and upwards (outside the municipal boundaries of boroughs containing more than 20,000 inhabitants), with the estimated acreage, and the annual value of the lands and heritages of individual owners; and of the number of owners of less than one acre, with the estimated aggregate acreage and annual value of the lands and heritages of such owners in each county.

A good (to very good) hardback with black leather sopine and corners, with marbled paper over boards. Covers scuffed and bumped, with wear to extremities. Cracked endpapers at inner hinges, but all soundly bound. Endpapers with some spotting.
Text is bright and clean, with light age toning and occasional scattered spotting (mostly marginal).
