A very good hardback with brown leather spine and corners. Raised bands and morocco title label. Feathered marble paper over boards. With shelfwear, bumping and scuffing, and boards are worn at edges. Previous owner's bookplate (James Macdonald) to first pastedown and same signature to title. Small bookseller's sticker to first pastedown. Soundly bound.
Spotting to blank endpapers and to title page. Text pages otherwise in near fine condition - bright and clean throughout with just occasional marginal spotting or thumb mark. Dust toned top edge.
