A good blue cloth hardback with gilt. Some rubbing and bumping to cloth, and some fading along top edge of covers. Bumped to head and tail of spine.

Text is bright and clean throughout. Offsettting to free endpapers. Some splitting at joint after half title. Gilt top edge. 3.5cm tear to edge of tissue guard at frontispiece. Soundly bound.
