Wells, Robert Graves, Oscar Wilde, Anne Sexton, Georges Simenon, Picasso, and Jean Cocteau amongst many others. This special edition was dedicated to the memory of Jean Cocteau, with the cover illustrations having been presented by him to Adam shortly before his death in 1963.
