Printed by John Muir, Edinburgh and sold by Stuart Cheyne, Edinburgh and Alexander Brown, Aberdeen. First edition, 1809.

A good hardback in original card boards, with later brown paper reinforced spine. Boards are worn, rubbed and bumped. Rough cut text pages as issued. Some spotting to front endpapers and rear endpapers are extensively inscribed in ink by a previous owner. Text is clean with some age toning and occasional crease. A little toned to page edges, but a good copy of a scarce volume.
