Published by The Distributist League, London, 1936 first edition. the Distributist League was an organisation which existed from 1926 to 1940 and which promoted the fair distribution of the means of production among the people. It was against centralisation and promoted small scale ownership and independence. Hilaire Belloc pioneered these ides with G K Chesterton. A scarce publication.

Green paperback in good condition. Cover is age toned to extremities and carries previous owner's name in red pencil and the 'O' in restoration is coloured in with the same red pencil.

Text is good with spotting to edge of text block
