Vellum covered hardback with elaborate, impressive, embossed printed design. Cover shelf worn and marked. Bevelled cover and gilt edge to text block. Owner's sticker and annotation to first free endpaper verso.

Binding is sound, but with taped cloth strengthening to inner hinges. Text pages generally nice and bright, but with some water damage to lower edge of book, particularly noticeable towards the rear. Visibly worn along the lower edge of the text block and affects lower edges of page block - particularly noticeable at the rear of the book. Please see photographs.

Priced accordingly for this large, scarce volume.
