A very good hardback, with blue laid paper over boards and cream paper covered spine. Spine is age discolored. With minor wear and bumping. Soundly bound.
Endpapers with some offset age spotting. Text pages are very good - bright and clean throughout. Rough cut edges to text block and some minor discoloration to those edges. Contains 3 tissue guarded plates as called for - the frontispiece plate guard is age discolored.
