Born Free is a third impression issued in April, 1960 (one month after the first impression), and the other 2 volumes are both first impressions. All hardbacks with their original dustjackets, now protected with removable plastic covering. 

Overall the books are very good, with good dustjackets. An attractive set of classic volumes from bestselling author, naturalist and artist, Joy Adamson (1910-1980).

Born Free - Pictorial paper over boards. Mild discoloration to spine. Covers crisp and soundly bound. Text pages are in near fine condition - bright and clean throughout. Some offsetting to endpapers and the first blank endpaper has been removed. Dustjacket a little rubbed and worn, with some taped repairs to rear, and some edge tears. A little worn to extremities. Price clipped to inner front flap.

Living Free - Pictorial paper over boards. Mild discoloration to spine. Covers crisp and soundly bound. Text pages are in near fine condition - bright and clean throughout. First free endpaper has rubbed mark along top edge where previous owner's name has been removed. Dustjacket a little rubbed and worn, with some edge tears. A little worn to extremities. Not price clipped.

Forever Free - Pictorial paper over boards. Mild discoloration to edges. Covers crisp and soundly bound. Text pages are in fine condition - bright and clean throughout. Light offsetting to endpapers.. Dustjacket a little rubbed and worn, with some edge tears, and loss to head of spine area. A little worn to extremities. Not price clipped.
