There is no publishing information - no title or preliminary pages are present - only blank pages - the first is owner inscribed, with the 1928 date, so the book can be no later than 1928. 

A good black cloth hardback with gilt decoration. Covers are worn to edges and rubbed. Marbled endpapers are split at joint, but all still bound. Marbled edges of text block. Text is very good with mild age toning and some darker areas to outer corners.
