A very good set of books with calf leather spine and corners, with marbled paper over boards. Decorated gilt design to spine.
A very attractive set. Endpapers and first few pages have some foxing, but the text is generally clean and soundly bound. The plates are beautifully engraved, from paintings by Henry Fuseli, although they are foxed with age, but still a handsome set.
