A good cream cloth hardback with printed titles. Cover is soiled, marked and bumped, with wear to titles. Floral patterned endpapers with ex-library cancellation stamps. Rear endpapers are split at joint to webbing, and there is some give in the spine.

xvi + fold-out map + corrigenda + 353-791pp + 2 x tissue guarded plates + 3pp + folded map in inside rear cover pocket. Text is bright and clean throughout. Fold-out map with no tears and a few age spots in the border surrounding the image. Map at rear is also intact, but with more spotting.
