A good set of teal coloured hardbacks with blind stamped design to covers and gilt to spine. With minor bumping and wear. Brown coloured endpapers with minor colour fading at extremities. 3 volumes with cracked endpapers at joint. Some age spotting to endpapers and leaves at extremities. Pictorial titles are also foxed. Some volumes with original loose tissue guards.

Text pages are generally bright and clean and all bound without loss. The set has never been read as text page gatherings are still uncut at top edge. When books are fully opened there is some showthrough to spine binding between gatherings in places. Still a nice set.
