A very good leather hardback (would be near fine, except for the spotting to text block edges) in full tan polished calf, with gilt borders to covers and spine with tooled gilt decoration, raised bands and green and red morocco labels. Minor cover rubbing. Marbled endpapers - small adhesion mark to front endpapers, but minor. Shiny gilt top edge. Soundly bound.

Text is bright and clean throughout, with occasional small scattered spotting - mostly marginal. With more significant spotting to text block edges. Some pages still uncut at fore-edge. An attractive volume.

Text in English.
