Vintage Accounts Ledger, Cash Book, Very Large size 42cm 'Town Cash' No. 19.

Good original old accounts ledger. Vertical format. Very large and heavy - coming in at over 5.5kg. An imposing volume.

Brown cloth boards. Marbled endpapers and page edges. Good condition - some bumping and wear to covers, with a couple of black marks to the front. With red morocco leather labels with gilt to spine and front cover. Book entitled 'Town Cash Book No. 19'.

Text in nice clean condition. Binding completely sound. Nice marbling to page edges. Text with pale blue lines and darker pink rules and black text headers.

Manufacturer: Howard Jones Printing Service, London, 1971 (label to first pastedown).

The ledger features handwritten accounts entries from pages 1-116, and a few additional pages also with entires near the rear. Essentially around 50% of the book has been used.

Double page spreads are numbered 1-251. Entries cover the period 1971-1973.

Often used as film prop/set decor.
