Published by Wolters-Noordhoff Publishing, Groningen, 1970. First edition. Very scarce - would have been produced in a very limited quantity. No copy listed on Worldcat.

A very good paperback in card wraps, with pocket at rear holding plans and maps. Some wear and bumping to cover. Rear with light soiling and 1cm tear to lower edge and tail of spine.

Text is bright and clean and in very good condition throughout. Soundly bound.
