A good (+) set of green cloth hardbacks with gilt titles to spine. With light wear and bumping. Endpapers cracked to gutter before title page of Vol. I. Slight give in the spines. Vol III with 1.5cm tear to cloth at head of spine. All volumes still soundly bound.

Text is generally bright and clear with age spotting to some endpapers. Previous owner's name in pencil (Professor S. G. E. Lythe).
