Clinical Lectures on Pulmonary Consumption by Felix von Niemeyer is a nineteenth-century medical work addressing the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis, then commonly referred to as "consumption." First published in English in 1870 by the New Sydenham Society, the book forms part of a series dedicated to disseminating important continental medical research to an English-speaking audience. Based on Niemeyer's clinical experience and lectures, the work reflects contemporary understanding of pulmonary disease and offers insight into the development of modern medical practice during the Victorian period.
