A very good set comprising an outer folio with brown linen spine, and printed paper over boards. Covers with some rubbing and wear and age toning. The inside rear cover has 3 cream paper pocket flaps to hold the plates. Flaps with some tears and general wear.

Inside there is a one leaf vignette title page, followed by 2 x 4 page text sections, including details of the Garden plans included in the folio. The detailed plates are of high quality with some light marginal age spotting. Light edge wear to text.
