Burmese lacquer set of 5 drinking cups, Yun design, 7.3cm.

These mid 20th Century Burmese lacquer cups utilise a beautiful Yun design from Pagan (Bagan). Yok-thei pattern with vegetal scrolling. Set of 5 cups.

Condition is very good. Small variations in the decoration between cups.

Provenance: the property of an American diplomat, stationed in Asia in the 1950s and 60s.
