Very good condition overall. Scarce Hardback catalogue with pictorial cloth cover. There is some mild water staining to the top of the central part of the pages. Causes some rippling and staining to some pages throughout the catalogue (please see photos). Does not seriously affect the functioning of the catalogue. May be occasional pen annotation (I've spotted just one so far). Also includes 2 x Additional Lots brochures, Sales note, newspaper cutting and previous owner's note slip.
