Published by Bernard Tauchnitz, Leipzig, Germany. Published from 1914 - 1922. These were editions for sale on the European continent only, and were "Not to be introduced into the British Empire". As 'Copyright Editions' they would have been first editions thus.

Condition varies from fair to good - the books are worn, bumped and rubbed, with substantial wear to spines. May contain some owner's inscriptions and minor flaws. The cover from Man and Superman is detached, and there are sellotape remains on two volumes.

Uncut edges of text block, as issued. Text is generally clean and bright throughout. A far from perfect set, but an unusual and substantial collection of these works.
