This a 3 volume set of the classic Arabic collection of folk tales, commonly now known as The Arabian Nights, and also One Thousand and One Nights.

We are not Arabic speakers and have not translated the publishing information, so the books are sold as seen. Published 1863-64.

Books are printed card hardbacks with dark green linen spines with embossed Arabic titles. Covers are worn, bumped and soiled. Text has some age discoloration. Each book has a few interesting illustrations. Volume 1 blank endpapers have some nibbles at tail. Volume 2 has a 7cm closed tear to blank endpaper. Some minor hinge cracking, but all still bound. Imperfect, but undoubtedly scarce.
