A good red cloth hardback with printed pictorial cover design. Mild rubbing and bumping with just a little give in the binding. Spine slightly faded. 

Previous owner's inscription, dating to 1902, on first free endpaper. Mild offsetting to free endpapers. Text is bright and clean throughout, wiyth light spotting to edge of text block.
