Published by Matthew Bender, New York, 1979. Scarce first edition with its original lawyers' binding mechanism, which allows the binding to lie flat when the book is in use.

A near fine set of 2 teal cloth hardbacks in legal bindings with black and gold titles. A few minor marks to the cloth, but a very nice set indeed. Text clean, bright and soundly bound.
