A good copy of this blue cloth hardback with gilt. No dustjacket, but first dustjecket panel has been fixed to first pastedown. Some scuffing and rubbing and some offsetting to endpapers. Text is clean and bright with mild age toning to extremities. Soundly bound. Well illustrated throughout. A defintive book on the subject.
Unnumbered pagination, but 240 numbered photographs.
