Published by John Murray, London, 1977. Any proof copy of this book would be a rare thing, but a signed copy by William St Clair with his annotations is clearly a unique item.

A very good paperback in card warps. Covers are a bit marked and discolored. Text is bright and clean, with age toning to the plates. Soundly bound. The contents and illustrations list pages near the beginning of the book, are not yet including their final page numbering.
