A good copy of this well produced volume. Covers are bumped, soiled and rubbed, with darkened spine. Inner joints are cracked creating some give in the spine. With bound in Note at the front, as issued.

Overall the text is clean and bright and well illustrated. Text block is sound in itself. A substantial work.
