A very smart set of 3 George Bernard Shaw works, all uniformly rebound in stylish modern cloth bindings.

Comprising:

Cashel Byron's Profession, Revised and Reprinted Standard Edition, 1932 (first published 1901); 

Man and Superman; A Comedy and Philosophy, Revised and Reprinted Standard Edition, 1931 (first published 1903); and; 

What I Really Wrote About the War, Reprinted Standard Edition, 1931 (first published in Limited Collected edition 1930). 

Published by Constable & Company Limited, London, 1931-32.

A near fine set of attractive hardback volumes which have been bound in a later russet cloth, with gilt titles to spine. Bindings are crisp and clean with minimal shelf wear, and everything is soundly bound. Spines very slightly sunned. Books are bound with white card endpapers.

Text is bright and clear with mild age toning. Man and Supeman with a few occasional usage marks. Overall a most attractive set for any library.
