A very good original 1789 text block, rebound with a 20th Century red cloth hardback library binding. Cover has fade marks, some wrinkling to cloth and library number to spine. No other library markings. Previous owner's bookplate of R J Dickinson to first pastedown, with some offsetting opposite.
Text block with mild foxing to first and last few pages. Otherwise nice and clean with occasional spotting, and all soundly bound. A very good reading copy.
