We've recently acquired a small collection of works on the French artist, Jean-Pierre Cassignneul. Please see other listings for alternative titles.

Jean-Pierre Cassigneul (b. 1935) is a celebrated French painter and lithographer, renowned for his elegant, dreamlike portraits of women, often set against lush floral or outdoor backdrops. Strongly influenced by Bonnard and the Nabis, his work blends Post-Impressionist colour with a distinctively modern sensibility. Over a long career, Cassigneul has exhibited internationally, and his paintings and original prints are widely collected for their refined, poetic style. Publications on his art remain popular, offering richly illustrated surveys of his paintings and lithographs, and serving as valuable references for collectors, dealers, and enthusiasts of modern French art.
